• 1 cup flour
• 1 3/4 cup Amish granola
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 cup raisins
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup canola oil

1: In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
2: In a medium bowl, beat the egg. Beat in the milk and oil.
3: Combine the 2 mixtures.
4: Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allen and Al are impeccable hosts who are not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but go out of their way to research and share information. The breakfasts are beyond delicious and presented gorgeously. We stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. From the ultra comfortable beds, cozy bathrobes, and beautiful surroundings to the gardens and convenient and safe parking, Al and Allen's attention to detail is evident throughout the entire beautiful manor.
