The Castle in the Country is truly the 'holy grail' of everything an inn or B&B aspires to be. Every detail has been planned and executed perfectly, from the beautifully restored Victorian main house to the more contemporary country manor. The decor of the 'castle keep' exudes elegance, romance and relaxation. I highly recommend staying in and ordering their picnic dinner for in-room dining; it is as delicious as it is romantic. They've also managed to make their rooms as comfortable and cozy as they are beautiful. Do not pass up an opportunity to stay at this inn--Ruth and Herb have definately 'upped the bar' for all innkeepers to strive for. I can't wait for our next visit!
