I think it is fair to say that we have spent a large amount of time here at BedandBreakfast.com trying to help educate innkeepers on the value of reviews, why we have to accept them and why they are here to stay. I realize that although we try, we are not always the best communicators so when I saw this article I felt it was one worth sharing.
